Go on Ebay and buy one that way there is Some buyer protection because in order to sell things on ebay you have to verified which means you have to submit huge amounts of indentity information...THey even ask you to select where you lived ten years ago and if you select wrong the verification process ends and you cannot set up an eaby sellers account.
